This time we could, so we took it! So awesome!

He listens and takes into account my insurance (and it's limits) when developing a treatment plan, which he always does after talking with me and getting my input. I truly appreciate being actively involved in my care. Dr. applies a topical numbing agent prior to the injection and I have always been appropriately numbed so that I have never had a painful procedure. Dr. Bever is always just a phone call away. I had a dental emergency on a weekend, just before Christmas. He promptly returned my call, even though he was out of town, called in prescriptions and even texted me the next day to see how I was doing. And finally, Dr. Bever and his staff are friendly, upbeat and fun to be around. They truly seem to enjoy their work, which just cannot be faked (I know, I also work in the medical field, as a nurse). "Miserable, but it has never been a plesant experiance for me so that is not really a criticism. Wish your hygenists had the same gentle and careful touch you have, but I guess they are quiet busy and trying to move things along so there is not a back-up. I can understand that. I am a crumudgeon so don't take this in the wrong light."

"Dr. Bever is the only dentist I have ever gone to that you don't feel any discomfort when receiving injection to numb you, before doing any work. I couldn't believe he already had my tooth out, when he did. Just a couple of pushes to one side and then the other and it was done. Amazing! No cracking sounds or anything."

"When I walked into the office I was greeted with a smile and hello from every staff member I passed. The office building is so nice! It is very calming and relaxing. I don't really remember what the lobby looked like, because I never even had to sit down before I was called back for my appointment. The entire staff was so friendly and very knowledgable! The dentist couldn't have been nicer!!! Most dentist office I have been to the dentist stops in the room, talks to you while his fingers are in your mouth, and run out without explaining anything to you or giving you a chance to ask a question. Dr. Bever takes his time. He waits until after his hands are out of your mouth and the light is out of your eyes, and then he explains his exam finding in great detail. He gives you plenty of time to ask questions! Dr. Bever and his office staff make you feel like you are the most important person there! The entire staff is very professional and friendly! I can't say enough good about Dr. Beve..."
